The upper limit of purchase on this website is $10,000 per transaction.

We offer FREE delivery (single location only) for purchases over HK$500. For orders under HK$500, a delivery charge of HK$80 shall apply.

Delivery Area & Time
Delivery service is limited to Hong Kong, Kowloon and New Territories commercial and residential addresses only. Delivery is not available to outlying islands including Lantau Island and Ma Wan.

We do not deliver to address on 4th floor or above that does not have lift service.

Delivery time is usually within 2 working days after we receive your order.

Special arrangement under bad weather
Delivery service will be suspended when typhoon signal No.8 or above or a black rain warning is hoisted. In this event, the Customers will be contacted to re-schedule delivery time.

If necessary, HK$0.5 will be charged per plastic shopping bag according to Hong Kong regulation.

If you find your product(s) in situations listed below, you can request return or replacement of specific product(s) within 7 days after delivery:
  1. (a) Breakage/ Incomplete product package
  2. (b) Quality issue
  3. (c) Short-shipment or wrong delivery
You are required to provide the following proof for any request return or replacement:
  1. (a) valid proof of purchase from hagogreen.com; and
  2. (b) send photos of the concerned item(s) to us via email / instant messaging software.

We will arrange replacement of equivalent product within 7 days upon approval of the requested replacement. If the specific item is out of stock, we shall refund the amount of the concerned item(s) to you within 7 days.

    1. 1) Do you accept oversea order?
      1. We only accept orders that are delivery within Hong Kong. For international orders, please email us at info@hago-group.com. We shall contact you to see whether we can deliver to your country and how much is the courier charge.
    2. 2) Can I order without registration?
      1. No. You can place order into the shopping cart but when you check out, you must log in with a valid user account in order to complete the purchase.
    3. 3) Can I check my order history?
      1. Yes, you can log into your account and select "Order history" to see your previous orders.
    4. 4) I still haven’t received any email from hagogreen.com about order/promotion. Why?
      1. The following are the possible reasons for failing to receive the email from Hagogreen:
        1. • You have provided an incorrect email address at registration. Please send a request to info@hago-group.com. Our staff will help you change your login email.
        2. • Your email client may have classified hagogreen.com emails as junk mails. Please check the junk mailbox of your email client. We also suggest that you configure your email client to accept all emails from hagogreen.com.
